We accept returns of physical SIM cards within 30 days of purchase, provided that the SIM card is unused and in its original packaging. eSIM products are non-returnable and non-refundable once activated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
